What could be more refreshing than orange sorbet? How about an orange martini? Perhaps it’s a toss-up. Whichever you’re in the mood for, each can be made in a jiffy. Your palate never had it so good!
Juice from 2 Valencia oranges (1 if very juicy)
1/2 oz. triple sec
2 oz. vodka
Dash orange bitters (optional)
1 thin strip (without pith) cut from orange horizontally
Combine first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ample
crushed ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass.
Tie strip in a loose knot to place on rim of glass for garnish
