It its NOT clicks or likes or impressions, posts, #hastags or keywords.  Some marketers refer to is as advertising delivered through digital channels to promote brands and connect potential customers using the internet and other forms of digital communication. If you have read this far you have joined less than 30% of the visitors to any website. The challenge most companies find in the above definition is the vague attempt at potential customers, the lack of a clearly defined strategy or any real way to measure success.
